The Ultimate Rabbit Hole #27

URH tiny

Hello Hello from Canberra! {Or as my friend, Lauren from The Thud calls it… Canbrrrr}

She’s a bit brisk, our nations capital at this time of year, but I do like this place more and more every time I visit and will definitely be back soon… for one of these Freak shakes! I know! OMG!!

It’s been a busy couple of weeks on the road for work, but I’ve managed to squeeze in a quick visit to my home town last wk end, which was lovely – all 48 hours of it! I’m now looking forward to getting back to Sydney and slowing down a bit after the birthday party and work chaos that has been the last couple of months.

What better way to slow down than by reading the awesome posts that link up to The Ultimate Rabbit Hole. Here’s some to get your week-end started…

How cool is this DIY rope bag!

This explanation of how life changes after babies is perfect!

I loved these life lessons for adults from Disney movies.

If the Freak Shake is a bit much, then try this chai hot chocolate from Erin Made This. It looks amaze!!

And finally,  from last week’s Rabbit Hole… The world’s most expensive nail polishes left me a little speechless! OMG!

Have you ever seen anything as epic as those Freak Shakes?  What’s your favourite life lesson from Disney movies?

Now for the Ultimate Rabbit Hole! Here’s how it works…

  • It opens Every Saturday morning
  • Bloggers can add their link list posts or just their favourite post of the week
  • Pop by and say hello to the other lovely linkers and leave them some comment love.
  • You can link up here, or visit my awesome co-hosts, Karin at Calm to Conniption, Jess at A little Part of the World or Sam at The Annoyed Thyroid. It doesn’t matter where you add your link, it will appear on all four blogs, as if by magic!
  • The link up will stay open until midnight the following Monday.

  1. OMG! Those nail polishes – were they for realz? I could have a lifetime of manicures for the price of one of those, and still have change! I love Canberra – did you get one of those Freak Shakes? I am totally going to make a trip to the capital just so I can try one! Happy weekend! xx

    1. My pleasure Erin! I didn’t get to try the freak shake this trip but definitely will next trip! Although the thought of a third of a jar of nutella kinda sends me into a food coma just thinking about it! xx

    1. I know… I loved it. I just wish I had the time and patience to make something like that!
